Muzea Insider Consulting Services, LLC has been a premier provider of insider trading research to Institutional Investors since 1994.  Our insider analysts use their combined 60 years of experience to examine all trades reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission, offering a qualitative approach to analyzing insider activity.

We feel that Insiders (directors and officers) as a group have the most current and in-depth knowledge of their companies operations. We further believe that by careful and thoughtful analysis of their insider activity, we can help find inflection points in stock prices based on “unusual” and/or “significant” insider activity.

We analyze insider trading (via Form 4 filings) on a live basis. Through our extensive data base, coupled with our propriety ranking system and time established ranking criteria, we are able to point out this unusual and significant insider activity and communicate that information to our clients in a timely and unbiased manner.

We focus on insider trading and do not view fundamental or technical analysis as criteria for our opinions.
